the bird has but one eye (and this lonely eye is of no use anyway since it is totally blind), a broken wing and a very nasty finger-biting and cable-eating personality. he deserves to be discriminated against!
if seriously, he is not imprisoned there at all - he spends a lot of time sitting on me or walking tables or sofas or even floor (cable-free patches of it it is). it wouldn't be possible to let him run free with his blind eye and crazy recklessness of course.
